1. Service Use

StayYatra is a hotel management SaaS platform. You may use it only to manage your hotel or property. Illegal or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password. Report any unauthorized access immediately to: support@stayyatra.in

3. Payment & Subscription

• 14-day free trial — no credit card required
• After the trial, choose a plan: Basic ₹399/mo, Pro ₹799/mo, Elite ₹1499/mo
• Your account may be temporarily suspended in case of payment failure
• Refunds: Request within 7 days — support@stayyatra.in

4. Guest Data

You collect your guests' data. This data must be used only for hotel operations. Misuse of guest data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows are notified in advance. We are not liable for force majeure events.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
